Role of Dr. Ambedkar being social reformer and jurist

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar fought for social justice for the people of India.  He believed in person's liberty, dignity and equality, the said visions are being reflected in his great work which is known as "The Constitution of India, 1950".  However, some people blames that he had only worked for the dalits which is absolutely wrong. 
   Rights under the Constitution of India
         The provisions of the Part-III of the Constitution of India has recognized the several rights of the individuals which are available for every citizen irrespective their caste, moreover some rights are also available for the foreigner for instance Right to equality. Right to equality under Article 14 says "the state shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India." . The Article 14 prohibits the state to make any kind of discrimination among the citizens further the second part of the Article 14 ensure the equal protection of law within the territory of the country. Moreover, the Article 15 and 16 is the extension of the Article 14, the purpose of,  to incorporate of Article 15 & 16  was to fortify the Article 14. Further Article 15 (3) empowers the state to make special provisions for the women and children and Article 24 is made for children.
Article 19  the freedom of speech, Article 20 Protection in respect of conviction for offences, Article 21 Right to life, Article 22 Protection against arrest and detention in certain cases, Article 23 Prohibition of human traffic and forced labour and Article 25 right to freedom of religion is also available for every person.  The constitution of India further provides the remedy for the proper enforcement of the fundamental rights. On the violation of the fundamental rights a person can directly approach the High Court of a state under Article 226 or before the Supreme Court under Article 32 for the enforcement of the fundamental rights. 
In the codification of the Hindu Law the role of the Ambedkar was very important, apart from this, there were several others work of Dr. Ambedkar which helps to make present India. This blog is very short to describe the role of Dr. Ambedkar indeed,  I merely have tried to explain a little part of his work . After the perusal of the above mentioned provisions it is evident that Dr Ambedkar had performed  a tremendous job to ensure the person's liberty, dignity and equality. Dr. Ambedkar was a great visionary that is why he has been acclaimed as symbol of knowledge throughout  the world.
